German instrumental heavy psych and space rock trio Submarine On Mars have released their new two-track EP, Chapter 1 – Incandesence, on 9 October 2026 via Bandcamp. The Iserlohn-based trio — Laura (guitar), Torben (bass) and Steven (drums) — formed in late 2021 and previously issued the EP Mission One: Fuzz Infused Space Rock in April 2024. The new release contains two tracks, Burned By The Sun and Twisted Mind Of Fire, and is available as a limited-edition 10-inch lathe-cut clear vinyl as well as a digital download. The band describes their sound as a musical journey through distant galaxies, carried by deep bass, distorted guitars and hypnotic rhythms and melodies. The EP follows extensive touring across Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Switzerland.
