Swiss band E-L-R release their third album Atropa on 6 November 2026 through Prophecy Productions. The Echoes and Dust review by Gary Davidson, published on 5 November, describes six tracks between doomgaze and post-metal with a ritualistic psychedelic pulse. The Bern trio – I.R. on bass and vocals, S.M. on guitar and vocals, and new drummer D.B. – formed in 2016 and previously toured with Amenra, Wolves In The Throne Room and Sylvaine. Drummer M.K. left for health reasons during the recording sessions. Prophecy Productions' official YouTube channel premiered the “Oaken Reaper” visualizer, and “Archeress” was the first single. Pre-orders are open as digital, CD and vinyl; release shows run from late November into December.
