Paranoid Void play Glasgow, live reviewed by Echoes And Dust

Paranoid Void

Osaka instrumental trio Paranoid Void played The Hug And Pint in Glasgow on 11 October 2026, with God Alone on the bill. Echoes And Dust reviewer David Bowes covered the show on 23 October. The trio — MEGURI (vocals/guitar), YU-KI (bass/vocals) and MIPOW (drums/vocals) — build math-rock structures with odd time signatures and polyrhythms, wrapped in a floaty, psychedelic-tinged guitar sound. Their second album travels in my universe arrived in 2022; the more recent Action (2025) continues the instrumental path. A Glasgow show on 14 October 2026 is also listed. Echoes And Dust frames the gig within the band's wider European activity, including a 6 December Tokyo date. This is a curated live report, not breaking news; the review date is disclosed above.
