Nene Royal, the 16-year-old singer and guitarist from Phuket, has won season 21 of America’s Got Talent. The winner was announced during the US finale broadcast on September 23, 2026. The public vote earned her the top prize of 1 million dollars, making her the first contestant from Thailand to win the show.

For her competitive final performance, Nene played The White Stripes’ Seven Nation Army, turning its familiar riff into a heavy guitar showcase. Her journey also included The Cranberries’ Zombie and Soundgarden’s Black Hole Sun. The latter earned her Mel B’s Golden Buzzer and a direct place in the final.
