Kikagaku Moyo’s official YouTube channel has published the music video for “The Spinning Wheel”. The band began busking on the streets of Tokyo in 2012 and describes its early work as music associated with space and psychedelica; its progressive, folk-influenced sound helped restart Japan’s psych rock scene. Kikagaku Moyo was active from 2012 to 2022 and ran the Guruguru Brain label. Echo Mandala has not independently verified the video’s original release date. This is an archive selection from the artist’s own channel; age and view count play no part in the choice.
