D.A.N. announce fourth album (SILHOUETTE) for November, reveal 10-city Japanese tour

Japanese trio D.A.N. have announced their fourth album (SILHOUETTE), due 11 November 2026 digitally via SSWB / BAYON PRODUCTION, with a CD edition following on 16 December. The eight-track set arrives five years after their previous full-length and incorporates the 2025–26 singles "Daydreaming", "Purple Sunshine" and "The Unknown".
The band — Daigo Sakuragi (vocals, guitar, synth), Jinya Ichikawa (bass, e-cello) and Hikaru Kawakami (drums, percussion) — describe the record as a continuous musical experience where dub, techno, ambient, minimalism and psychedelia dissolve into one another. The fourteen-minute "Daydreaming" opens the album in two parts, moving from repetitive rhythm and deep bass into "Soft Focus" and "Purple Sunshine" where physical groove meets psychedelic sensation, before "The Unknown" erupts with distorted low-end chaos. Mixing was handled by Grammy-winner Liam Nolan (Adele) at Metropolis Studios, mastering by Matt Colton (James Blake, The Rolling Stones).
A ten-date Japanese tour "Tour (SILHOUETTE)" runs from 12 December 2026 in Naha, Okinawa to 20 February 2027 at Tokyo International Forum Hall C, the band's first hall headline show. Tickets are on sale now via eplus.
