Bobbie Dazzle's Star Power reviewed on Echoes and Dust

UK glam-rock artist Bobbie Dazzle (Siân Greenaway) released her second album Star Power on 2 October 2026 via Rise Above Records. The eleven-track follow-up to her 2024 debut Fandabidozi leans further into progressive and psychedelic territory while retaining the flamboyant glam energy that earned her slots supporting Alice Cooper, Lita Ford and Sweet. Reviewer Zachary Nathanson on Echoes and Dust (5 October) describes the record as a "colourful, larger-than-life journey" blending Boston-style arena rock, Queen-esque harmonies, Jethro Tull flute passages and a closing guest solo from Lita Ford on the final track Feel It Too. The title track opens with galloping riffs and organ; The Passenger channels Moog-driven space rock; Jack Rabbit carries Elton John and NWOBHM echoes. Bobbie's band — Chris Dando (keys), Tadhg Bean-Bradley (guitar), Leon Smith (bass), Eddy Geach (drums) — provides the backbone, with Gareth McGrillen (Pendulum) co-writing Snakes & Ladders. Star Power is tagged psychedelic on Bandcamp and continues the artist's mission of escapist, joyful rock. The official video for the title track is on YouTube.
