Italian quartet MR.BISON have announced their new album The Garden of Forgotten Dreams, due 25 September on Heavy Psych Sounds Records. The announcement arrives with the first single «Cosmic Tide» and its official video on the label's YouTube channel.

The album was recorded in 2026: guitarist Matteo Barsacchi produced and engineered, Richard Behrens (Elder, Kadavar) mixed at Berlin's Big Snuff Studio, and mastering was handled by Carl Saff (Chicago) and Adam Ayan (Portland). The lineup comprises Matteo Barsacchi (guitar, synth), Matteo Sciocchetto (vocals, bass), Davide Salvadori (guitar, synth) and Lorenzo Salvadori (drums).

The eight-track sequence opens with «Cosmic Tide» — described by the band as a «dreamy cosmic journey through stars, waves and infinite space» that blends progressive passages, psychedelia and 70s-style acoustic sections. The title track follows, then «Bright Shadow», «Astray», «Turn to Stone», «The Sunrise», «River Moan» and the closing «Old Hue».

Prog Rock Journal (Jacopo Vigezzi, 30 June) notes the band's evolution across four albums from stoner rock toward heavy psychedelia and progressive terrain, cementing their scene status after Holy Oak (2018) and the concept album Seaward (2020). A European autumn tour with Stoned From The Underground and Blackdoor Fest appearances is confirmed. Vinyl and CD pre-orders are open via Heavy Psych Sounds.
