Madrid-based stoner doom trio Electric Valley will release their new album Echo on 6 November 2026 through Small Stone Recordings. The seven-track record was recorded live by Javier Ortiz at Estudio Brazil in Madrid, mixed by Charlie Sánchez and mastered by Chris Gossman at Baseline Audio Labs in Ann Arbor, Michigan. According to the band, it blends their traditional heavy sound with atmospheric, psychedelic and tribal passages, drawing on classic sci-fi fantasies, B-movies and old comics for its space-adventure themes.

The album's first single and video, 'Strange Land', is available now on the Small Stone Records YouTube channel. A second single, 'Gata', has also been premiered, described by bassist and vocalist Miky Simón as a space mission that ends in catastrophe, with a psychedelic krautrock opening that builds into heavy fuzzed-out riffs. The track is streaming at Decibel Magazine.

Electric Valley formed in 2014 and have previously released the EP 51973 (2014), Multiverse (2015), Two Realities At War (2017), Tapes From The Galactic Tavern (2021) and Live At Stone Giant (2024). They have shared stages with Yawning Man, Green Leaf, Dead Meadow, Sasquatch, Asteroid, Stoned Jesus and others. Echo is available for pre-order on Bandcamp.
