Portland garage-punk band Guerrilla Teens have released a new five-song EP, 'Sympathy for the Decibel', through Sonic Jett Records, alongside an official video for the title track. The group brings together Scott "Deluxe" Drake and Jeff Fieldhouse of The Humpers with Saul Koll on guitar, Tim Connolly on drums and Anna Andersen on bass and vocals. The EP follows 2023's 'Under the Dagger' and 2025's 'Monkey's Paw', and was released on 11 October 2026. Guitar-driven garage rock with a melodic edge, it continues the raw US garage tradition that runs parallel to psychedelic rock. Songs include 'Ghost of New Orleans', 'Gravedigger', 'Spider Bouquet' and 'You're Looking Good'. A vinyl edition is coming soon through Sonic Jett Records.
