Los Angeles psych-rock band Death Valley Girls have released their fourth album Welcome to Earth through Suicide Squeeze Records. The nine-track LP arrived on 9 October 2026 in digital, CD and limited Coke-Bottle-Green vinyl formats.

The record emerged from singer Bonnie Bloomgarden's experience of losing her Altadena home in the 2025 Eaton Fire and, shortly after, her dog Tommy. Rather than retreat into nostalgia, the band channelled that disruption into sharp, immediate songs. The opening title track moves through fuzzy garage-rock verses and communal choral vocals; the closing "How Losing Everything in the Fire Taught Me to Love Myself" builds a fuzzy instrumental to a commanding crescendo.
