The Vintage Caravan Announce Final Extensive European Tour for 2026
Icelandic progressive rock trio The Vintage Caravan have announced what they describe as their last extensive tour for the foreseeable future, an 18-date European run kicking off 31 October in Lisbon and closing 18 November with a second added show in Düsseldorf. The routing covers Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands. The band — Stefán Ari Stefánsson (drums, vocals), Óskar Logi Águstsson (guitars, vocals, flute) and Alexander Örn Númason (bass, synthesizers) — cite two decades of near-constant touring and a need to step back without closing the book on the band. Their 2025 album Portals on Napalm Records showed continued progressive growth. Tickets are on sale via the band's official site. This tour gives fans across Western Europe a final chance to see the group's dynamic live blend of classic rock heft, psychedelic texture and prog invention before an indefinite touring pause.
